Phone, Fax, or Mail Ordering

Alternatively, we have other payment options, as well. We accept:

Please be sure to include a note indicating which item (and in what quantity) you would like to order. Also be sure to indicate the correct total dollar amount (in Australian dollars).

If paying by cheque or money order, please note:

• All cheques must be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian bank
• All money orders must be purchased through Australia Post
• We cannot accept international or foreign currency cheques or money orders at this time (instead, please use a credit card or Western Union).

If paying by credit card, we accept:

• MasterCard
• AMEX (American Express)
• Australian Bankcard

  To process your charge, we require:

• The name as it appears on the card
• The full card number
• The card's expiry date
• The card holder's signature authorizing the charge

  And for security, we require the name on the card to be the purchaser or the recipient of the order. If the order is shipped to an address other than the credit card's billing address, you need to include the billing address as well.

Please note: All credit cards will be charged in Australian dollars, and converted to your local currency. (To check the current exchange rate, click here.) International customers: Please ensure that your credit card company allows you to make overseas purchases.
